Capstone College Governance
Capstone College is wholly owned and managed by Fusion Australia Limited (Fusion). Fusion is a public company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Corporations Act (ABN 26 001 273 105). It’s a Registered Charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and has a focus on the provision of Youth and Community Services.
The Capstone College Governance Committee (CCGC) is a sub-committee of the Fusion Board (‘the Board’), appointed by the Board, and is responsible (on the Board’s behalf) for:
the provision (with the Board) of sound governance for the College,
support for the Principal in his or her leadership responsibilities,
development (with the Principal) of policies, procedures and a strategic plan for the College,
oversight of finances and risk management, and
(with the Poatina Community) the development of College facilities, buildings and grounds.
